Johnny Midnite Recipes & Suggested Uses

Santa Fe Shrimp
Broil, roast or saute 4-5 jumbo shrimp or 5-7 medium shrimp, top with 2 oz Johnny Midnite Black Peppercorn Sauce.  Garnish with sliced green onions and lemon slice.

Chicken Breast Sonoma
Saute, grill or charbroil a boneless skinless chicken breast. Top with 2 oz warm Johnny Midnite Black Peppercorn Sauce, garnish with green onions, minced red cabbage, sour cream, avocado slices, diced tomatoes, or parsley.

Quick & Easy Sauce
Mix one part melted butter to four parts Johnny Midnite Sauce, and slather over roast or charbroiled chicken, pork chops, lamb chops, broiled shrimp, Halibut, or Salmon.  Garnish with sliced green or red onions.

Marinade
Marinate boneless skinless chicken breasts, pork chops, or less tender cuts of beef overnight in Johnny Midnite sauce.  Wipe dry, charbroil, and serve with Quick and Easy Sauce.

Miscellaneous Suggestions
Use as a dip for French fries or chips (popular with the kids).  Add to your favorite stew, chili or pot roast recipe.   Mix in with ground chuck before forming hamburger patties, or top your hamburger or cheeseburger with Johnny Midnite Sauce.  Also excellent in your favorite wild game recipes.
